Cancellation Policy
Vaahan Stack Parking Solutions Pvt Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Orders once placed shall not be cancelled once the product has been shipped.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that are on sale under any special promotion category.
Goods once sold cannot be returned. In case of a genuine manufacturing defect that is not traceable to damage during shipment, the product shall be replaced.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy. If there is a genuine manufacturing defect reported within 72 hours of product purchase, a replacement product will be shipped once the defect is confirmed by our QC team.
